While I agree with you on this, she is not priority #1. There should be more annie skins in the future, however, not as much and as often as teemo.
I believe I have already answered this question indirectly, but now for the direct answer.
Of course you will get new skins. You do not have that many skins currently, so it would be a crime to deny you new skins. We need to add more variety so you can display tons of cuteness.
